Finished Projects

Server painted in a blend of Dixie Belle Paint Company's new colors: Dusty Blue, French Linen and Sawmill Gravy.  Sealed with Satin Clear Coat

This American Drew hall table has had a complete upcycle from its original 1980s looking finish.  It's been painted in Caviar by Dixie Belle Paint Co.  It has a French transfer with a little added flower details on two corners. Dixie Belle Clear Coat in Gloss was applied and then waxed with Big Momma's butter for a high gloss finish.  

Side table featuring "In the Navy" Dixie Belle Paint Co. Chalk Mineral Paint.  All the hardware was thoroughly cleaned and then spruced up with metallic gold paint. The transfer on the top is a home décor transfer called "Somewhere in France" by Re-design with Prima.   Satin Clear Coat was used to seal.

Writing desk featuring Dixie Belle Paint Co. Chalk Mineral Paint in Antebellum Blue.  All the hardware was thoroughly cleaned and then spruced up with Warm Gold Gilding Wax. The transfer on the front is a home décor transfer called Lavender Fields by Re-design with Prima.   Satin Clear Coat was used to seal.

Writing desk featuring Dixie Belle Paint Co. Chalk Mineral Paint in these colors: Midnight Sky, Yankee Blue, Stormy Seas, and Driftwood.  All the hardware was painted with Slick Stick and then with the new Silver Bullet Moonshine Metallic paint. The transfer on the front is a new home décor transfer called Birds and Berries by Re-design with Prima.    Best Dang Wax in Black and Satin Clear Coat were used to seal.

This antique desk was in need of a little TLC but look at her now!

 

Chipped veneer repaired to give it a new life. She has been painted in a custom mix of Dixie Belle Paint Company paints colors: Vintage Duck Egg, The Gulf, Kudzu, Hurricane Gray, Sand Bar, Dixie Belle Blue, and Cotton.

She’s sealed with Satin Clear Coat on the bottom and Gator Hide on the top for durability. The chair was left in original finish and reupholstered with a shabby chic type fabric in blues, greens and whites

This bench was created from a repurposed headboard and footboard. Painted in the color Buttercream. The cushion is made from 3” high-density foam and covered with a classic country/farmhouse plaid. Sealed with Dixie Belle’s Gator Hide.

This Jacobean style buffet was painted with Dixie Belle Paint in Dried Sage blended with Drop Cloth. Then it was waxed with Clear Best Dang Wax and accented in all the cracks and crevices with Dixie Dirt in the Earth color. The top was sanded back to reveal the beautiful walnut wood. We stained it with Dixie Belle’s No Pain Gel Stain in Expresso and sealed with Gator Hide.

Antique vanity painted with Dixie Belle Paint Company’s Apricot and Drop Cloth Chalk Mineral Paint. Lightly distressed and sealed with Satin Top Coat. Details have been accented with Clear and Brown Best Dang Wax. 

Martha Washington Sewing Cabinet painted in Dixie Belle paints in three layers of Drop Cloth, Mud Puddle and a custom mix of blues and grays. Sealed with Clear Coat in Flat finish.  Fuchsia Sunset Re-Design with Prima transfer on the top and drawer fronts.

This caddy was made from drawers from a SInger treadle sewing machine.  Painted in Dixie Belle's Cotton Chalk Mineral Paint and a Re-Design with Prima transfer on the side.  An oak top was added and a handle.
